Founded in 2005, LUNA PLAST LTD. had since the very beginning as its main object of activity, the manufacturing and marketing of polypropylene Woven Bags (different sizes), the raw material used being 100% polypropylene. At the beginning of our activity, the demand of Woven Bags on the Romanian market was in a continuous increasing and the bags manufactured in Romania were few and of a bad quality. This was the stimulus that made us to adopt the idea of buying a complete line of manufacturing of PP Woven Bags beginning with the granules (raw material) and finishing with the finished product (PP Woven Bag). Thus, the option was STARLINGER GMBH – AUSTRIA, the most technological up-to-date producer worldwide.
After the achievement of the corresponding equipment and the creating of the infrastructure (the building, power supply), the technological process have been and it is totally controlled. From now on, we can produce bags in the most wide range of colors, specific weight, having different warp / weft ratio, UV stabilizing treatment, all according to our customer’s needs. Also bags can be personalized by printing in one-two colors. We can say that there wasn’t any customers order which haven’t been honoured no matter its difficulty.
